Roadrunner Vamonos is a demand response public transportation service mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for individuals who are unable to independently utilize the fixed route bus service within the Roadrunner Transit Fixed Route System. Roadrunner Vamonos, a shared ride service managed by the City of Las Cruces, NM, solely operates within the Las Cruces city limits and parts of the Town of Mesilla. All journeys must be pre-booked, with a minimum requirement of scheduling each trip at least 45 minutes apart. For any service-related modifications, please reach out to 575-541-2777.

Our service operates curb to curb, necessitating passengers to meet the vehicle at a safe parking spot. Private driveways and gated properties are not accessible by our vehicles.

All Dial-a-Ride trips are mapped within a 30-minute pick-up window. Thus, a vehicle is considered punctual if it reaches the designated pick-up area up to 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time.

For instance:

Suppose your pick-up is set for 11:00 AM; the vehicle is "on time" if it arrives between 10:45 AM and 11:15 AM.

Drivers wait for five (5) minutes at the pick-up spot. Passengers are required to be present at the designated point at the commencement of their window; otherwise, they may miss their ride. Trips cannot be arranged for vehicle waiting time during drop-off or pick-up activities. Separate trips should be scheduled for such instances.

Drivers are not permitted to alter drop-off points or make interim stops, which include fast-food drive-through services. Dial-a-Ride operations do not occur on Sundays or on the following holidays:
